- Must be an owner occupied residence (you must live somewhere on the premise).
- Mixed use of the property must represent a legal use per the zoning.
- Borrower must usually be both the owner and operator of the business.
- Property must be primarily residential in nature.
- Market value of the property must come from primarily the residential traits of the property.
