Application Checklist:
Click on the Purchase or Refinance checklist, depending on which type of loan you are doing. These checklists will outline all the support documentation you need to provide. Make sure you only send what applies to your situation. For example, some of the documentation applies only to people who are self-employed.
Please send the necessary support documentation within 1-3 days of completing the loan application.
