The Belvedere Condominium is a European-inspired luxury condominium comprised of two 19 story towers connected by a central lobby. Many units have dramatic views of the monuments and the Potomac River. Glass-enclosed or “Romeo-and-Juliet” style balconies gives it a unique appearance. It is located in the Rosslyn neighborhood on N Oak Street south of Wilson Boulevard. Residents are also close to I-66 and are very close to the Francis Scott Key Bridge that you can cross and walk to Georgetown. It is also close to Mount Vernon Trail, the Clara Barton Parkway Trail, Custis Trail and Roosevelt Island. Nearby Rosslyn Highlands Park includes a basketball court and a playground.
