Gaslight Square was developed by Abdo Development, includes three parallel buildings, and occupies a full city block. The project has a red brick exterior and signature gaslight lampposts. The one and two-bedroom units are built to resemble townhouses, and have private rooftop terraces. Most units include at least 10-foot ceilings throughout with 20-foot ceilings in the living and dining areas. Some units have staircases leading to a lofted second floor. In all there are three types of homes including flats, lofts and penthouses, in six different floor plans. The homes either include a patio, balcony off the second floor or a rooftop terrace. Amenities include underground garage parking and private elevator access to the upper level homes. The project is pet friendly. It is near Rhodeside Green Park, Hillside Park, shopping, a liquor store, and restaurants.
