The Solea Condominium has two levels of underground parking and a central courtyard. Fourth-floor units have private patios, but there is no public roof deck. Each unit has a minimum of 10-foot ceilings and seven-foot windows as well as a washer/dryer, trash chute, and granite countertops in the kitchen. Some units feature sliding opaque glass doors that retract into the walls and allow light to flow through. It has LEED Gold Certification.
