Stone Hill Condominium was a ground up development on the site of 5 parcels one of which was the former Mount Paran Baptist Church, which now resides in Clinton MD. The developer was Pecar Properties. There are 10-foot ceilings, herringbone hardwood floors, over-sized windows, soaking tubs, chefs kitchens, and more. There is a shared roof deck with Capitol and Monument views. They also have an EV car charging station. It is very near the Jenkins Row Shopping Mall and the Washington Navy Yard. It is also close to a Trader Joe’s, Eastern Market, Lincoln Park, cafes, gas stations, Frager’s Hardware, restaurants, churches, a liquor store, several other parks and squares, and RFK Stadium. The Library of Congress and the Capitol building are also close.
