Is My Loan Approved Yet?! I hear a lot of people who apply for a mortgage complain about the inability to get a simple, timely status on their loan application. Some people don’t even get a weekly call. I think people should be able to know what is going on with their loan application whenever they want. So I created a way to do this that is easy for all.

Go to my homepage at getloans.com, and click on the Loan Tracking feature. Or you can go directly to the Loan Tracking page here. You will see my idea of how to give everyone access to their loan status. It also as a lot of tips, ideas and education on the whole loan process.

Mortgage providers should hold themselves accountable, be transparent, and provide their clients 24/7 access to the status of the loan application. My loan tracking method does this.

Each square on the game board represents a step in the loan process. And in between each step you will see tips and ideas for things related to the mortgage process.

When you start a loan application with me you are assigned a game piece, my favorite is the ‘black top hat’. Your loan is anonymous since only you will know which game piece belongs to you. To anyone else who happens across this part of the website it simply looks like a fun game, and a way to learn about the mortgage process.

You can check your loan status late at night or first thing in the morning. And all without having to get in contact with me or one of my team. We put customer service first, whereas most mortgage lenders only pay lip service to the concept of customer service. This is just one way to illustrate what we do to remain transparent and hold ourselves accountable.
