Video is helpful in creating stickier relationships, Real Estate is about relationships. It reduces typing for you, it reduces reading for the client. I think a lot of people would rather watch a video than read a bunch of text. It tells a story better. Real estate is also about storytelling. And I just like you to take a look at the resources and links in my email, go back to my email and take a look and I can help you with your video efforts. And of course, let me know if I can help you with any questions or mortgage needs for your clients. I’ll use these for marketing efforts like this video to you. I’ll use it for a one-off email and personalize an email to a client.

I just want to let you know we got loan approval, no conditions from the underwriter, we’re all set and ready to go. Your closing in the next 10 days is ready to go, we will likely send the closing documents to the title company a couple of days before closing. I’ll email you when that happens. Just wanted to give you the good news. I’m also gonna let your realtor know. Please check in with any questions, and I’m gonna check in another time or two before closing and just make sure you’re all set to go. Thanks very much.” So that’s a great way to personalize a message to a client and it’s something that I think you should consider for both marketing and messaging to clients. Thanks for watching.
