• I don’t send out a newsletter often. I only send out information via a newsletter as needed. Some years it’s once, some twice, and some years not at all.
• There simply isn’t that much going on in the mortgage industry that is of interest to people to send out a newsletter frequently.
• Companies that send out frequent newsletters are not trying to educate and help you, they are simply marketing to you and spamming you. I will never do that!
• Information that comes from me is helpful, sent only as needed, and will never become frequent and spammy.
