1099 Income Mortgage
A Flexible Mortgage Solution for Self-Employed Borrowers
If you’re a freelancer, contractor, gig worker, or any other kind of 1099 earner, you’ve probably faced the frustration of not qualifying for a traditional mortgage under Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s more traditional agency guidelines. Standard underwriting relies on W-2s and tax returns—tools that often don’t reflect the full financial picture of self-employed individuals.
That’s where our 1099 Income Loan comes in. This innovative mortgage solution is designed specifically for independent workers who need an alternative path to homeownership.
