Asset Qualifier Mortgage
No Job? No Problem. Use Your Assets to Qualify.
Not every borrower fits the traditional mold. Maybe you’re retired, self-employed with no documented income, recently divorced, or living off savings. If you have assets—but no income—you might think homeownership is out of reach.
It’s not. Our Asset Qualifier Loan is designed exactly for people like you.
